abcnews.go.com/WN/atomic-bomb-victim-survived-hiroshima-nagasaki-dies-japan/story?id=9489697&page=1www.wagingpeace.org/articles/db_article.php?article_id=35this man has made it into guinness book of world records for 2011 as the only man to survive two nuclear attacks. but he made more of an impact on the world just testifying about his horrifying experience. he was the last survivor to be officially recognized as being targeted twice therfore he was well respected. he spoke at many conferences and was incredibly influencial. "I'm very sorry that we have lost one of the very valuable witnesses of the atomic bomb experience," said Nagasaki Mayor Tomihisa Taue in a statement. "His harsh experience to be bombed twice has been made known to the world and his activities have made people aware of the foolishness of war and he also appealed for the elimination of nuclear weapons." there are groups making appeals such as Nagasaki Global Citizens’ Assembly for the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons but it is sad that this man has died while nuclear weapons are still not abolished. and with the rate of technoligical advances, if he happened to be in target range of a third nuclear attack, he would not survive to make it into guiness book of world records 2012 as the survivor of a triple nuclear attack.
