General Issac Brock was the Governor of Upper Canada and I found it sort of interesting how the leader of a nation actually got up and lead an army and physically fought with them instead of telling others what to do for him. That never happens these days. Brock had very few soldiers to defend a large area of land and they were heavily outnumbered. I really like how he chose to attack the Americans instead of prepare themselves to defend against attack. Most people would have accepted that the odds and forefeited. Hoping the Americans would be caught off guard was a large gamble but it paid off and Brock has earned the rank of a cool guy in my mind.

A great leader definitely. He played a very important role in keeping the Americans back during the early part of the war. I'm wondering how things would've gone had Proctor (instead of Brock) been at Queenston Heights?
