Hey, you know after the Americans won the Revolutionary War, what exactly happened to the Americans after the War? Did they expand westward towards Ohio or west of the Great Lakes or what happened? We learnt that the British divided up their part of North America into Upper and Lower Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick (and PEI?), but did America move and pioneer west and found new states? Also, the Spanish colonies must've heard about the American Revolution somehow, so is that how several Central and South American countries become independent nations from Spain? It must've come out much different than that, obviously, but is that how it started?

America did expand westward after the Revolutionary War. That process of expansion ended in the latter part of the 19th Century once the last Indian nations were pacified. See "Dakota Wars" for instance.
The Americans purchased Lousiana from Napoleon (so that ended the last vestiges of France in North America). Spain retained control of Mexico obviously (but I'm pretty sure that during the Colonial War period Florida had been captured already by the British). There were wars between Texas and Mexico (remember the Alamo, etc.).
The various Central and South American countries did indeed eventually rebel from Spanish control. From 1848 on there are all sorts of democratically inspired revolutions globally. I'm fairly certain that Honduras, Guatemaula, Mexico, etc. would've achieved some semblance of autonomy sometime after 1848ish.
1848 (See "Spring of Revolutions").
